THINFILM ARDUINO-ENABLED DEVELOPMENT KIT

The  Arduino-enabled Development kit from Thinfilm provides designers with the tools they need to experiment with the printed memory stickers. Each Thinfilm Memory™ sticker costs no more than 5-cents apiece in volume and each sticker contains 20 bits of rewritable data, able to store more than a million combinations.The kit contains Memory Cards, sample Memory Labels, and a card reader board with dock for Arduino Nano v3 (available for separate purchase at the Inventables site).

OBA TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATOR

The OBA game demonstrates Thinfilm’s rewriteable memories for interactive toys and games. Collect eggs to save the OBA world. Avoid the jellyfish in the undersea world, or jump the fire pit and fight the scorpions in the desert world.  Thinfilm’s printed memory allows saving of status, scores, and avatar personalities in a playground-ready interactive demonstration. Please note that this is a technology demonstrator with two levels of game play implemented. The handheld device can be reprogrammed and custom software installed for your own game play.
