GigaOM picks Thinfilm as one of the most innovative companies

GigaOM’s team submitted candidates in categories ranging from app development to handset technologies to infrastructure vendors, and then graded each company on several measures of innovation. Those with the highest total innovation scores earned a spot on the Mobile 15 list.
