Our goal is to establish TFE’sprinted memory technology as the ID in printed RFID tags. Current-technology RFID tags are too costly to be used at the item identification level, but with the advent of all-printed technologies incorporating TFE’s unique polymer permanent memories, new applications beneficial to both the customer and those in control of the logistics chain are made possible. All-printed RFID tags can provide the customer will product information including best before date, ingredients or links to online data, including user manuals and health data.  The upside for the logistics chain will include better management of stock and ordering, customer interaction, brand protection and loss protection. Our approach is to establish a wide base of partnerships across the world and thereby position Thinfilm’s technology as the natural choice when selecting memory (ID) technolgy for intregration with printed logic. It is the only memory technology that has reached high-volume production.
